The transmission in my wife's van blew out on Christmas, so I googled transmission shops on the side of rt 1 and decided to have the van towed to benchmark in Middletown. Mitch was great to deal with and very professional. We found out my van was still under warranty, he even called the dealer to make sure. It's hard to find honest people and I would not hesitate to go back with any future problems or refer my anyone i know.
