Honest/Ethical Business! I recently took my vehicle (Toyota Rav4) to Benchmark in Middletown, DE regarding a thumping I was experiencing in the auto transmission when changing gears. Not only did they check the vehicle free of charge, but they identified a recall on the year model I own (2003). The manager Mitch contacted me and told me the good news and said the service manager at Toyota was waiting for my call to schedule an appointment. Today I picked my car up from Toyota with not a dime spent out of pocket. Mitch I honestly can not thank you and your staff enough. You are true professionals in the automotive world! Big Thanks!
