My car broke down leaving a music festival in Dover and I had it towed to the Middletown Benchmark Transmission shop. They were extremely friendly and helpful in explaining what was wrong with my car, and ended up being able to make a quick fix to the fuse for no charge! Mitch was the manager who helped us out and the customer service was great. We barely had any wait and were out in no time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.-Brendan, 6/25/2013
